Early 18th century engraved map with attractive hand color.

The west coast of America shows California as an island, with a huge Terra de Jesso partial coastline off tip of Asia. New Zealand is also a partial coastal outline.

Remains a nice looking example with a pleasing age patina. Any age flaws mostly minor and easy to overlook or forgive.
