Uncommon and detailed mid 19th century lithographed map with original hand color.

Very detailed with countless home owners named, great for genealogical research. The village of Fairhaven is shown at top left, an inset of East Haven shows property lot lines and outlines of specific houses.

Paper shows a lovely age patina, and is uniformly well age toned, the edges now slightly brittle, small chipping along bottom edge with old small tape repair. This fragile map will require careful handling, but remains worthy of framing and display.
