Binding remains clean, tight, and sound. Leather supple, small minor chipping at spine head. Overall clean example, well preserved, mostly fresh, appears to have sat untouched for 100 years.

Text block remains overall clean, and displays a pleasing age patina.

Book remains well preserved and attractive on the shelf. It displays a pleasing and unique age patina and is in nice antiquarian condition, the age flaws easy to overlook or forgive.
