Chart and Quadrant Store - George W. Blunt.
Published March 1822, New York by George Blunt. (also 1807, Newburyport)
(8) pages. Text in English.
An advertising catalogue once bound into a Coastal Pilot book, being a list of the items then available from this famous American map maker, publisher and hydrographer. Also with a loose sheet from 1807, Newburyport showing flags (signals) for nautical vessels.
Item is over 150 years old and shows some signs of handling and time. Item is not new or in "new" condition.
Paper well age worn, heavily damp stained (as typical for Blunt paper items of this era), scarce in any condition.
Paper is lightly toned, signs of handling, small scattered spotting, internally still well preserved, tight, sound.
Still attractive on the shelf. The scarce pamphlet displays a pleasing and unique age patina and is in nice antiquarian condition, any age flaws easy to overlook or forgive.
Please review photos for more detail and our best attempt to convey how this pair survives.
