For a Niagara Falls collector, an ephemeral item of great interest due to the key subject and potentially unique pictorial woodcut depicting the location, with what appears to be early (original?) hand color. Almost certainly scarce/ rare in the market to find similar in appearance to as found here.
Pamphlet is approaching 200 years old and shows some signs of handling and time.
Binding and paper gently uniformly age toned, mostly light or inoffensive signs of handling and time but nothing severe or unsightly, pamphlet remains overall attractive as an object.
The pamphlet displays a pleasing and unique age patina and is in overall nice antiquarian condition, any age flaws which may be present seem easy to overlook or forgive.
