Uncommon and detailed mid 19th century lithographed map with original hand color.

Very detailed with countless home owners named, great for genealogical research. Inset plans of two small towns with short business directories for each.

Despite the condition issues, still a scarce map worthy of display.

Paper shows a lovely age patina, and is uniformly age toned, the edges now slightly brittle, some chipping and old tape repairs down left side, short closed split along center fold. This fragile map will require careful handling, but remains worthy of framing and display.
