105 pages, 35 folio map sheets, many double page, three folding out even larger. Text in English. Complete as issued, a profusion of maps, most with owners names, endless businesse4s, plots and properties, etc. All maps blank on reverse.

Publisher's folio 1/4 leather binding, cloth covers, gilt title lettering. Scarce atlas to encounter complete.

Atlas is physically 150 years old and shows signs of handling and time. Book is not new or in "new" condition.

Binding well age worn, spine leather dried, scuffed and chipped, covers worn especially at tips and along edges, mostly light or inoffensive signs of handling and time but nothing severe or unsightly, book remains overall attractive as an object.

Paper is gently toned, scattered light small spotting throughout (never heavy nor offensive), couple maps may have some early annotations, couple may have short splits, etc., but overall still clean, tight, sound internally.

Still attractive on the shelf. The book displays a pleasing and unique age patina and is in overall nice antiquarian condition, any age flaws which may be present seem easy to overlook or forgive.
