Interestingly mounted long ago (likely as issued) onto linen, nine panels. Meant for field transport for hiking, surveying, etc.

Map shows signs of age and handling in the field, old damp staining, wear to linen, etc., including extensive early careful annotations by A.T. Davis, likely of Albany, NY (likely a land surveyor or something similar).
