Small piece missing along top left edge just touching into neat line with short closed tear, minor light toning and trivial paper wrinle as typical for large bond paper maps of this vintage, perhaps small minor paper flaws, but for most people, an entirely acceptable and quite nice looking example of this very scarce, huge, oversized folding folio sheet vintage map.
