In Poor to Fair antiquarian condition,sheet is toned, fold-lines now browned, small original stitch holes along left side, small piece missing as seen at lower left (as bound into the atlas), paper mostly clean overall, light minor age dustiness or light surface wear, small scattered spotting or age soiling as seen, original fold-lines as issued, trimmed unevenly along the left edge-- map has been priced according to this condition as described.
