Rare early aviation related cartographic birds-eye view in any condition.

Item is physically old and shows some signs of handling and time. Item is not new or in "new" condition.

Binding well and extensively age worn, both cover joints are stained and spotted, item remains overall attractive as an object.

Internally still clean and sound, various stains and small scuff spots with small spots of loss to printed color (visible in pics).

Still attractive on the shelf. The item displays a pleasing and unique age patina and is in overall nice antiquarian condition, any age flaws which may be present seem easy to overlook or forgive.
