20 pages plus wrappers. Handwritten text in English. Most sheets blank (please see photos).

Illustrated thin card stock wrappers, lined blank note pages within (1 leaf written on both sides, rest are blank). 

Binding slightly rubbed and lightly soiled, paper splitting at base of spine, still remains clean, tight, and sound.

Text block remains overall clean, and displays a pleasing age patina, couple old age spots.

Scarce 19th century promotional item which displays a pleasing and unique age patina and is in nice antiquarian condition, the age flaws easy to overlook or forgive.
