In beautiful (likely custom/ unique) 1/4 marbled leather bindings, smooth spines, gilt bands, gilt title lettering on contrasting green leather labels, marbled covers and end papers.
Bindings remain clean, tight, and sound. Interior contents display a pleasing age patina, largely free of any age spotting or foxing. Any age flaws are easy to overlook or forgive.
A gorgeous set on the shelf, well preserved and very pleasing.
