Lettered card stock wrappers, 1895 Calendar printed inside cover, map affixed to rear.

Item is physically old and shows some signs of handling and time. Item is not new or in "new" condition.

Binding gently rubbed and age worn, remains overall clean and attractive as an object.

Paper is age toned, map is clean, a couple short minor splits along fold lines or edge, still well preserved, tight and sound little ephemeral survival.

Pleasing and unique age patina and is in nice antiquarian condition, any age flaws easy to overlook or forgive.
