Mostly clean & well preserved example, short closed edge tear in blank margin, light uniform edge toning to paper which visually testifies to the age and patina, small original binding holes down either side of centerfold, nothing offensive.

Original fold line as issued. Text printed on back, as always. Scarce image of a fantasy scene envisioned for the future for the University.
