Sarrasani Circus in South America 1935 pictorial German vintage promo book

32 pages. Text in German. B&W photo illustrated throughout. Heft nr. 8. (Abdruk aus der "Neuen Deutschen Zeitung"- No. 10 vom 10- Jan. 1935. With an old b&w original photo loosely laid in of the 1931 Sarrasani building illuminated by electric lights at night. A curiosity, difficult to assess aside from as described.

Old 1/4 cloth binding, color pictorial paper covered boards depicting a globe and zeppelin dirigible above a circus tent and ocean liner.

Book is physically old and shows some signs of handling and time. Book is not new or in "new" condition.

Binding gently age worn, spine likely an amateur binding (?) with similar strengthening binding tape down the spine gutter of all pages, rubbing, mostly light or inoffensive signs of handling and time but nothing severe or unsightly, book remains overall attractive as an object. Appears to be rare/ unique?

Paper is gently toned, spotting, still clean, tight, sound internally.

Still attractive on the shelf. The book displays a pleasing and unique age patina and is in overall nice antiquarian condition, any age flaws which may be present seem easy to overlook or forgive.
