Charming antique early 19th century engraved city plan. Nicely detailed map, delicate technique, parks displaying microscopic trees and foliage shading achieved only by virtue of great patience and masterful hand skills.

Includes key at bottom right uses symbols, including two for post offices and mail delivery locations.

Minor light toning, thin blank margin across top, large blank margins on three sides, to our eyes a clean and very nice looking example of this map.

Sheet measures c. 10 3/4" x 7".

Printed area measures c. 7 1/4" x 5 1/2".
