Early copper engraved panoramic city view, numerous structures identified, figures in the foreground include women dancing and a fisherman atop his donkey with his large fishing basket.
Original fold line, separate crease along center fold.
Map pasted to a piece of backing paper, likely liftable with basic soaking. Early Latin text visible on reverse of view revealing early printed source with a running title of Histalis.
Overall clean, nice example. almost certainly scarce/ rare early city view.
Similar to a Brain & Hogenberg and likely based upon one. View deserves further investigation.

Engraved borders c. 18 5/8” W x 4 1/8” H.
