Publisher's cloth binding, gilt title lettering, embossed ruled covers. Expertly re-cased long ago with newer (very nice) hand-made paper endpapers.

Binding remains clean, tight, and sound. Interior contents display a pleasing age patina, clean and sound, largely free of age spotting. Any age flaws are easy to overlook or forgive.
