Charming mid-eighteenth century engraved miniature map with lovely full hand color.

The entire north west coast of America unknown and undefined. Australia only partially outlined in an erroneous shape with speculative cost attaching the continent to van Diemens island and New Guinea.

Original fold lines as issued.

Almost folk-art simple geography typical of the era.

Overall clean and attractive example, any age flaws are minor and don't detract visually..

Map displays well and looks great.
