Nice antiquarian condition, any age flaws easy to overlook or forgive. Please review photos for more detail and our best attempt to convey how this antique item survives.
Period pictorial wrap-around paper covered board binding with profusion of internal illustrations. Some weakening of front hinge, but binding remains tight and sound. Interior contents clean and largely free of spotting or foxing.
Given the fragile nature of hardcover paper bindings of this era, the edge wear and minor chipping is easy to forgive, the binding still quite pleasing visually.
Book Measures c. 9 3/4" H x 7 3/4" W.
