In Good+ to near VG or better condition, couple well done old repairs on verso, minor light surface age wear, some age toning as typical, overall the map is clean and very attractive visually [note: we grade very conservatively and always seek to disclose any noteworthy flaws].

The printed area remains visually pleasing, a nice impression of an interesting antique map.

Any minor defects along the sheet edges and in the margins may be seen in the photos.
