110 pages. Text in Russian. Profusely illustrated throughout with many b&w plates printed on one side only on coated paper stock.

Publisher's soft cloth binding, gilt title lettering & pictorial cover decoration.

Book is physically old and shows some signs of handling and time. Book is not new or in "new" condition.

Binding heavily and well age worn, endpapers ripped out, book opens to title page which has writing and soiling/ spotting with lower corner chip, shaken, some signatures or pages loose, etc.

Paper is toned, soiled some of the plates have edge chipping, clearly a much consulted book.

Still attractive on the shelf. The book displays a unique age patina, the age flaws seem easy to overlook or forgive in light of the rarity.
