Publisher's pictorial paper wrappers, large folding hand color city plan (long tear into map from inset tab closed on reverse with archival tape.

Book is physically old and shows some signs of handling and time. Item is not new or in "new" condition.

Binding gently age worn, covers soiled, signs of handling but nothing offensive or severe, remains overall attractive as an object.

Paper is gently toned, internally still well preserved, tight, sound.

Still attractive on the shelf. Book displays a pleasing and unique age patina and is in nice antiquarian condition, any age flaws easy to overlook or forgive.
