Beautiful mid-19th century antique map, with excellent hand color. Printed on thin bond paper.
With two well detailed insets of city and harbor of Havannah, Cuba and Port Royal & Kingston, Jamaica. Large island inset lower left of Jamaica.
Small hole in lower left fold-line backed with matching paper, area around it slightly age toned, minor repair blends in well visually, overall map displays a very attractive appearance.
Light to moderate uniform paper age toning, original fold lines, top right side blank margin trimmed close as issued to facilitate folding, several well done and nearly invisible small repairs on reverse to fold line intersections, nice age patina.
Sheet measures c. 14 5/8" x 21".
Printed area measures c. 12 1/4" x 20".
