Lovely 19th century engraved and lithographed map with original hand color. 

Within the state are noted Ft. Alamo Bat(tle) 1836, Bat.(tle) Palo Alto 1846 and Bat(tle) of Resaca de la Palma 1846. A grand Indian crossing is noted on the Mexico side of SW border. The military "Ringold Barracks" are noted as well as are numerous forts and travel roads such as the Santa Fe to Fort Smith.

Nice looking example, clean and fresh, pleasing age patina, any small age spots or minor age flaws easy to overlook or forgive.
