A unique one of a kind art project.

Hand decorating paper covers, original decorative binding cord, every page original art by the owner M.T. Quirk (who describes herself within as tall, slender, athletic and strawberry blonde).

Book is almost 70 years old and shows some signs of handling and time. Book is not new or in "new" condition.

The book is clearly some sort of project, perhaps for an art class, where the creator has clearly spent a lot of time on it. And it is all very well done, nice folk art.

Binding gently age worn, remains overall attractive as an object.

Text block paper is gently toned,  internally still well preserved, tight, sound.

Still attractive on the shelf. Book displays a pleasing and unique age patina and is in nice antiquarian condition, any age flaws easy to overlook or forgive. 

Please review photos for more detail showing how this really pleasing personal book survives. The asking price reflects the condition based on our examination and 35+ years full time exposure to antiquarian books. Flaws seen and described have been taken into account.
