Map of the island of Istra in Croatia, with Trieste and Goriza. Decorative cartouche with natives and Lion of St. Mark, playful cherubs around a distance scale lower right. North orientated to the left side.

Fine late 17th/ early 18th century folio sheet map. Engraved with original hand color. Fine decorative appeal with large pictorial cartouche.

Light minor scattered age spotting, but map displays a fine age patina and visual appeal.

Original fold line as issued.
