A racist parody almost unimaginable today!

A visually appealing antique color lithographed print. It is an original pictorial sheet extracted from a very scarce 19th century illustrated political periodical.

Offered for the outstanding modern appeal of the printed image as well as the historical interest of the topic and how it is presented.

In Good+ to near VG [or better] condition: displays light uniform age toning as typical for this age image. There may be light scattered spotting, possibly small minor edge repairs on the back with small pieces of archival tape. Any defects along the sheet edges and in the blank margins may be seen in the photos.

Please examine the picture closely as it forms part of the description, so please look it over.

There is text on the back because it was extracted from an illustrated periodical from the 19th century. Great fun to look at both sides, but readily presentable.

Overall, the image area remains clean and very attractive- absolutely appropriate for framing and display. [note: we grade very conservatively and always seek to disclose any noteworthy flaws].

** The type of wood-pulp paper used by periodicals such as this in the late 19th century era is now somewhat delicate due to the acidic quality of the paper, and needs to be handled carefully **

Any minor defects overlooked or not mentioned along the sheet edges and in the margins may be seen in the photo.

Note -- Because of the paper originally used for printing, most surviving loose prints like this are found with various small scattered minor age flaws. If minor they are not worthy of specific mention.

Sheet measures c.  13 1/2" H x  20 1/2" W.

Printed area measures c. 11 1/4" H x  18 1/2" W

Original fold line as issued.
