Mid 19th century lithographed map with original hand color. Sheet was backed by linen at a very early date, likely by the publisher. 

Below the title is an extensive list of over 75 mountains with their specific names and heights. The color key indicates cantons by Protestant and Catholic. Glaciers are also colored for identification.
