Venetia.
Published c. 1950's, Jacksonville, Florida by Consolidated Development and Engineering Corporation Inc. Printed by Drew Press [449968].
Folding brochure. Text in English. Unfolds to a three panel color pictorial map of the proposed development. On the front cover is written in pencil at the time F.J. Morrow- Salesman.
Publisher's color pictorial paper wrappers folded into three panels, printed on both sides.
A rare survival of an inherently ephemeral item which is of a type also rarely saved today. Spectacular and rare piece for display for anyone living in this development.
The proposed plan is very detailed, with hundreds (virtually all) of the available lots shown and numbered.
Item is old and shows some signs of handling and time. Item is not new or in "new" condition.
Paper gently age worn, slight rubbing, remains overall clean and attractive as a fragile survival.
Paper is lightly toned, light insignificant signs of handling, soft old fold lines, still clean, well preserved, sound. Presents very well visually.
Still attractive on the shelf. The scarce brochure displays a pleasing and unique age patina and is in nice condition, any age flaws easy to overlook or forgive.
Please review photos for more detail and our best attempt to convey how this rare cartographic promotional plan survives.
